Do I have to sign a long contract?+
No. We work month-to-month. You can cancel any time, in writing, with no penalty. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in a year you regret.
Who owns the website and accounts?+
You do. Your site, your domain, your ad accounts, all in your name from day one. If you ever leave, you take everything with you. We never hold your work hostage.
How much does it cost?+
The numbers are right on our pricing page. The Lookout is free, a Marketing Roadmap is a flat fee you keep either way, and ongoing work is month-to-month. We confirm the exact scope and price in writing before anything starts.
Who actually does the work?+
The founder is on every call and in the work itself. You won't get pitched by one person and then handed to a junior account manager you never met. That's the whole point of a small studio.
Will you promise me a #1 Google ranking?+
No, and you should be careful of anyone who does. Nobody controls the rankings, so nobody can honestly guarantee them. We measure what we can actually move and report it straight, in plain English.
Do you only work on the South Coast?+
South Coast first, because we know the towns, the seasons, and the competition you're up against. But we're growing outward. Not on our list and think we can help? Reach out. What matters is whether we can do right by you, not your zip code.
Can you work with us in Portuguese or Spanish?+
